Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and provide leadership for multiple properties and business accounts.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Community Management to set and communicate objectives.
  • Ensure that the needs of properties, the company, and its clients are consistently met.
  • Align resources effectively to fulfill business and contractual obligations.
  • Lead and guide the resolution of internal and external issues.
  • Work with the Director of Community Management, Board of Directors, and other departments to introduce and integrate new programs and services.
  • Act as a liaison to guarantee quality service delivery and meet Board expectations.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with homeowners and internal teams to achieve service excellence.
  • Maintain knowledge of contracts between associations and Unity, Inc. Property Management.
  • Conduct inspections of common areas regularly and prepare action plans for improvements.
  • Manage architectural control applications and oversee construction projects.
  • Communicate updates and maintain transparency with the Board and residents.
  • Manage documentation and reports related to property management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations as required.
  • Support financial management and budget recommendations.
  • Monitor expenses and negotiate with vendors to maintain budgetary compliance.
  • Stay informed about changes in regulations and communicate them to staff.
  • Prepare newsletters and other communications for residents.
  • Participate in the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for associations.
  • Conduct business with the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.

Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in business or a related field from an accredited institution, along with three years of experience in property operations, hospitality, or construction; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Community Association Management experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Salary:

The compensation for this role considers various factors, including skills, experience, and organizational needs. The current salary range is a reasonable estimate based on these factors.
