Our community managers play a crucial role in overseeing, directing, and providing leadership to multiple properties. They ensure that our properties are maintained in alignment with company objectives and facilitate solutions to community challenges while adhering to established policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead assigned properties and business portfolios.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Community Management to set and communicate goals.
  • Ensure the needs of properties, the company, and its clients are consistently met.
  • Align resources with work assignments to fulfill business and contract requirements.
  • Provide leadership and assist in resolving internal and external issues.
  • Work with the Director of Community Management and Board of Directors to introduce new programs and initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison to ensure quality service delivery and address inquiries promptly.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with homeowners and internal departments.
  • Ensure compliance with contracts between associations and Unity, Inc.
  • Conduct regular inspections of common areas and prepare action plans for improvements.
  • Oversee construction projects and ensure timely completion within budget.
  • Maintain open communication with the Board and residents regarding updates.
  • Manage various information systems, including work orders and management reports.
  • Fulfill compliance expectations throughout the year.
  • Organize meetings and prepare presentations as needed.
  • Provide financial oversight and manage budgets for assigned properties.
  • Monitor expenses and negotiate vendor pricing.
  • Prepare bid comparisons and solicit proposals as required.
  • Stay informed of changes in regulations and communicate updates to staff.
  • Prepare newsletters and other communications for residents.
  • Participate in developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and maintenance of communication logs.
  • Conduct business with the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.

Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in business or a related field, along with three years of experience in property operations, hospitality, or construction, is preferred. Community Association Management experience is a plus but not required.

Salary: Compensation will be determined based on various factors, including skills, experience, and organizational needs.
