  • Problem-Solving: Proactively address issues and provide solutions in the best interest of Pirtle Construction Company.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management.
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in construction projects.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Thorough knowledge of legal issues and safety standards. Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office, Primavera, and construction management software.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and handle competing priorities. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take decisive action.
  • Leadership: Team leader with excellent communication skills. Experience leading projects from start to finish, with contracts over $10 million.
