About the Role

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Systems Specialist to join our team at KBR. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, inspecting, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on HVAC systems
  • Ensure compliance with appliance standards and the Occupational Health and Safety Act
  • Maintain Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that all installations and repairs meet or exceed set standards
  • Facilitate Team Communication: Ensure clear and consistent communication within the team and with other project stakeholders to keep everyone informed and aligned on project goals and updates
Requirements
  • Certification or associate degree in HVAC services
  • 5+ years of proven experience as an HVAC technician
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and operations
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Attention to Detail: Precision and attention to detail to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with safety standards
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing conditions, technologies, and requirements
  • Decision-Making Ability: Strong decision-making skills to resolve issues quickly and effectively under pressure
