Job Title: Stadium Operations Manager

Join the Fayetteville Woodpeckers team as a Stadium Operations Manager, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our stadium. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the hiring, training, and management of part-time team members, including staffing, job fairs, interviews, training, and scheduling.
  • Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, credentialing, and collecting and storing First Aid Reports in accordance with HIPPA.
  • Oversee the bloodborne pathogens program and receive injury reports from the Fire Department.
  • Demonstrate a service-oriented attitude and outstanding Guest Service skills.
  • Assist with completing department scheduling and payroll in a timely manner.
  • Develop and implement department policies and procedures to maintain the highest quality of service.
  • Manage building and equipment maintenance, including daily inspections and contacting service providers.
  • Conduct research and make recommendations on equipment purchases and major capital expenditures.
  • Record daily maintenance activity in Dude Solutions BMS.
Requirements:
  • High-school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in stadium or facility operations.
  • Entry-level plumbing and carpentry skills.
  • Knowledge of electrical gear, generators, distribution panels, motors, and building systems up to 480V.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize projects.
  • Valid driver's license.
Work Environment:

This role will work in an office and stadium environment, with moderate to loud noise levels. The physical demands of this job include standing, walking, using hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reaching with hands and arms. Ability to lift/move items weighing up to 75 lbs on an occasional basis.
