Customer Service Specialist

We are currently seeking a driven individual with a passion for exceptional customer service to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist.

Position Overview

This role serves as the primary liaison for prospective clients. Responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries related to billing, initiating new service requests, managing upgrades, and processing service disconnections. The Specialist will also be responsible for completing necessary documentation for service applications and terminations, while actively promoting our range of services to both new and existing clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries regarding billing, new service requests, service modifications, and account disconnections.
  2. Complete the required documentation for service modifications and disconnections.
  3. Manage service reconnections for customers with outstanding payments and perform collection duties on overdue accounts.
  4. Promote and sell services to both new and existing customers.
  5. Prepare and send communications to customers, including welcome packets and membership information.
  6. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with a minimum of one year of experience in customer service. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Basic skills in cashiering operations.
  • Ability to operate various office equipment, including computers, copiers, and telecommunication systems.

  • Ability to communicate professionally with customers, colleagues, and business contacts.
