Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily operations within confinement facilities, ensuring the safety and well-being of all personnel.
  • Maintain external security measures for facilities, deterring unauthorized access and potential threats.
  • Provide guidance and counseling to individuals in our custody, supporting their rehabilitation and reintegration into society.
  • Meticulously document prisoner/intern records and program participation, ensuring accurate and comprehensive information.
Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident alien.
  • Possess good physical and moral standing.
  • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
Training:

Successful candidates will undergo rigorous training, including:

  • Basic Combat Training (10 weeks): Develop essential military skills and physical fitness.
  • Advanced Individual Training (7 weeks): Specialized instruction in corrections procedures, law enforcement techniques, and interpersonal communication.
