Office Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Juno Search Partners. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communication and Reception: Answer and transfer incoming calls, take and relay messages to the appropriate party, and greet employees, guests, and vendors with professional enthusiasm.
  • Office Maintenance: Prepare the office for onsite guests, ensure the office is stocked with supplies, snacks, coffee, and other essentials, and maintain inventory management both in the office and at the storage unit.
  • Technology and Logistics: Order catering and in-house lunches, perform general office technology maintenance, and source and research special projects as directed.
Requirements:
  • Time Management and Organization: Outstanding time management and organizational skills, with a proactive approach to getting things done, keeping spaces tidy, and upholding excellence.
  • Communication and Confidentiality: Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality on all sensitive materials.
