**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop strategic plans for each team member, ensuring peak performance and achievement of targets.
* Conduct training, role-playing sessions, and provide guidance to improve presentation and organization skills.
* Participate in sales calls to offer hands-on coaching and support.
* Drive team success by setting and meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual goals for each team member.
* Implement company policies, incentives, and sales contests to foster competition and engagement.
* Meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring the team hits their collective goals.
* Proactively address market trends and sales challenges, turning obstacles into opportunities.
* Manage and optimize account lists, prioritizing the best possible leads.
* Inspire creativity and innovation by staying ahead of market trends and creating new products, promotions, and competitive packages.
* Organize monthly sales meetings to discuss progress, solve problems, and fine-tune strategies.

**Requirements**

* Experience: 3-5 years in outside sales management, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
* Communication Skills: Strong presentation and persuasion skills to influence decision-makers.
* Leadership: Ability to coach, lead, and inspire a team to consistently perform at a high level.
* Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry, and stay ahead of market trends.
* Professionalism: High standards of integrity, ethics, and accountability.
