About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Clinician to join our team at Jobot. As a School-Based Behavioral Health Clinician, you will work in an outpatient clinic setting, providing mental health services to students in a school-based program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to students in a school-based setting
- Collaborate with school staff to develop and implement treatment plans
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student needs
- Develop and implement cognitive behavioral therapy plans
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Social Work or related field
- LMSW, LCSW, LICSW, LMHC preferred
- Bilingual preferred
- Experience with cognitive behavioral therapy
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
