We are seeking a highly skilled School-Based Behavioral Health Specialist to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our medical team, you will work in an outpatient clinic setting, providing essential mental health services to students in a school-based program.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to students, addressing a range of mental health concerns.
- Collaborate with teachers, school administrators, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' mental health needs and develop strategies for support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, families, and school staff to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field.
- Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMSW, LCSW, LICSW, LMHC) preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus.
- Experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based treatments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
