Key Responsibilities
Your primary duties will include:
  • Designing, implementing, and monitoring programs aimed at skill acquisition and behavior modification.
  • Conducting literature reviews relevant to individual learner programs.
  • Supervising the execution of behavior-analytic programs by Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and caregivers.
  • Performing assessments to determine the necessity for behavioral interventions.
  • Providing weekly supervision for individuals pursuing BCBA certification.
  • Analyzing assessment results and preparing progress reports for insurance purposes.
  • Training staff and caregivers to enhance program effectiveness.
  • Facilitating bi-weekly team meetings focused on learner progress.
  • Creating goals to promote skill generalization.
  • Updating data collection systems as needed.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you should possess:
  • BCBA certification.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in the ABA field (preferred).
  • A clean background and driving record.
  • A willingness to travel as required.
