Business Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
As a Business Operations Specialist at Aditi Consulting, you will play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance across the organization. Your primary objective will be to develop and implement programs that align with the company's financial and tactical business objectives.
You will be responsible for developing, communicating, and training the organization on business practices and processes. This will involve serving as a liaison with various divisions, including Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management, to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing.
Key performance indicators will be measured by collecting, inputting, verifying, correcting, and analyzing data. Your attention to detail will be critical in ensuring the accuracy of this data.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have project lead role experience and possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format is essential. Relationship management skills are strongly desired, as is the ability to follow through on tasks to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected.
Compensation:
The pay rate range for this position is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this role. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location, and end client requirements.
