Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
Compensation: $17-$18/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome all potential residents and respond to all inquiries.
- Assess the needs of prospects (e.g., move-in dates, budget, number of occupants, income criteria).
- Engage with current residents and guests.
- Support on-site relations.
- Conduct follow-up communications.
- Adhere to Fair Housing regulations.
- Coordinate with current residents and vendors.
- Process maintenance requests for residents.
- Assist in organizing resident events and after-hours activities.
- Facilitate leasing of vacant units.
- Conduct property tours with prospective tenants.
- Collaborate with other property staff (Property Manager, Assistant Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Technician, Groundskeeper).
- Perform additional clerical tasks as required: data entry, filing, faxing, emailing, etc.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Experience in apartment leasing (experience with affordable housing and recertification is advantageous).
- Background in customer service.
- Sales experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Yardi software or similar platforms is a plus.
- Experience with inbound and outbound calls.
- Professional appearance and reliability.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow.
