Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team at David S. Brown Enterprises, Ltd. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting in the general administration of our rental properties and providing exceptional customer service to our residents and prospects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct rental inquiries and tours of our properties
  • Assist with the leasing process, including entering applications and leases into our computer system
  • Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction with our services
  • Perform general administrative duties, such as logging rent, filing, and typing
  • Participate in resident activities, open houses, and other events to promote our community
  • Assist with marketing efforts, including writing and typing articles for our monthly newsletter
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Property Manager
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; specialized training or two-year degree preferred
  • One to two years of customer service experience or six months of leasing or sales experience in the apartment, hotel, or retail industry
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and high level of enthusiasm
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
