Job Summary:

The Division of Geriatrics is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Research Program Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating various research projects, stakeholder engagement activities, and other initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and facilitate research projects, including organizing meetings, preparing documentation, and tracking progress.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders, including older adults, caregivers, and healthcare professionals, to educate and advance their understanding of research projects.
  • Research Support: Provide research support, including literature reviews, data analysis, and manuscript preparation.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with research team members, stakeholders, and other relevant parties.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, including tracking project progress, managing budgets, and preparing reports.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as public health, epidemiology, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Three years of experience in research coordination, project management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree: Master's degree in public health or a related field.
  • Experience: Five years of experience in research coordination, project management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Experience with qualitative research, community outreach, and stakeholder engagement.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position that requires working in a fast-paced research environment. The successful candidate will be required to work independently and as part of a team, and will be expected to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
