We are looking for a talented Turf Management Technician to join our team. This role provides a unique opportunity for career advancement and professional growth in the lawn care industry. As a Turf Management Technician, you will be responsible for managing a lawn care route consisting of 500-600 customers. Your duties will include performing fertilizer, weed control, and insect control applications every 6-7 weeks. You will also work closely with customers to evaluate and communicate potential problems, ensuring their lawns receive the best possible care.

Job Summary:

This role requires a highly motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional lawn care services. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive and maintain assigned company vehicle
  • Safely operate and maintain ride-on machine and other assigned equipment
  • Evaluate and communicate with customers about potential lawn care issues
  • Perform fertilizer, weed control, and insect control applications
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn about the lawn care industry
  • Ability to follow directions and pay close attention to detail
  • Self-motivated individual who enjoys working outdoors and in a team environment
  • Ability to meet physical job requirements, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for moderate periods
Salary:

$21-$30 per hour, based on experience
