Device Repair Technician

Batteries Plus - Horizon Group, Inc is seeking a highly skilled Device Repair Technician to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a variety of products, including batteries, light bulbs, and smartphones.
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience. As a Device Repair Technician, you will be responsible for installing batteries, performing tests and technical work, rebuilding battery packs as needed, and repairing smart phones, tablets, and other devices.
You will also assist in all store operations responsibilities, rotate and stock inventory, load and unload product, and maintain the physical facility safety and appearance.

Requirements:
- Demonstrated technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new processes and technologies with minimal guidance
- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to effectively manage and track multiple commitments, effectively prioritize, follow up, and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and customer service skills; strong customer service focus; ability to inform, teach, and train
- Working conditions are typical for a retail environment
