About the Role
Maintenance Technician II at Tecomet, Inc.

This position offers an estimated annual salary of $70,000 - $85,000, based on experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational, communication, project management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and exercise judgment. You will be responsible for supporting production by redesigning, modifying, repairing, and installing industrial machinery, inspecting equipment, diagnosing malfunctions, and analyzing equipment failures to determine the root cause.

Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues with machinery and equipment
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors to source components and materials
• Implement corrective actions to prevent equipment failures and reduce maintenance time
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and records
• Provide guidance and support to other maintenance personnel and management
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in maintenance and repair
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders through reports, presentations, and verbal updates
• Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
