Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate precise revenue forecasts by examining historical data and market dynamics.
  • Monthly reconciliation of Medicare Advantage revenue.
  • Engage with MA Plans to resolve discrepancies or incomplete information.
  • Perform monthly analysis of revenue variances.
  • Allocate and assess Capitation revenue received in cash.
  • Allocate and evaluate Fee-for-Service revenue received in cash.
  • Review and ensure compliance of monthly and quarterly Sales & Telemarketing enrollment commissions; prepare necessary calculations.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of Standard Operating Procedures for the Accounting & Finance division.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • CPA certification or CPA track preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with a background in accrual accounting.
