Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage a team of associates to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
  • Plan, market, and execute special events and promotions in the cafe.
  • Ensure compliance with proper sanitation and cleaning standards.
  • Operate within the budget and identify new ways to improve the business.
  • Manage cafe operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Food Service, or related field.
  • At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in restaurant, hotel, or corporate dining management.
  • Operational knowledge of cash handling procedures and food service equipment.
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.
  • ServSafe or Department of Health Certification is preferred.
