Key Responsibilities:
  • People Leadership & Management: Model Caffe Luxxe values, set the example for excellent service, and provide specific positive and constructive feedback to the team.
  • Financial Management: Understand and own the profit and loss of your location, manage top and bottom-line revenue and costs, and collaborate with the General Manager to set sales targets.
  • Operations Management: Ensure Caffe Luxxe operating procedures are followed, develop and manage systems to foster organization and smoothness of operation, and oversee efficiency of shop logistics.
