Key Responsibilities:

As a pivotal member of the PMO, you will:

  • Ensure operational efficiency in program management through comprehensive design and execution within the Audiovisual sector.
  • Conduct daily project management tasks adhering to established PMO standards, methodologies, and systems.
  • Implement structured practices to align project management activities with organizational goals, ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients.
  • Meet financial objectives, including budget adherence and gross profit targets, within your area of responsibility.
  • Collaborate across various departments to facilitate smooth transitions in operational functions.

Core Duties:

  • Apply PMO standards consistently for project planning and execution, covering:
    • Fundamentals of project planning: initiation, estimation, resource allocation, scheduling, and budgeting.
    • Project control essentials: monitoring progress, anticipating challenges, resolving conflicts, and managing scope, schedule, and costs.
    • Client and team relationship management, including change management.
  • Support proposal development and engage in contract negotiations with sales and legal teams.
  • Draft and coordinate legal documents related to service agreements and project scopes.
  • Develop comprehensive project roadmaps in collaboration with all stakeholders, ensuring alignment on deliverables and timelines.
  • Establish milestones, monitor adherence to schedules, and proactively identify and resolve program challenges.
  • Oversee the performance of team members assigned to projects from various functional areas.
  • Manage the execution of AV projects, balancing best practices with pragmatic methodologies to achieve KPIs and client satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding project activities, leading discussions on costs, schedules, and technical performance.
  • Identify opportunities for business development and enhance client relationships.
  • Communicate program status to leadership and stakeholders effectively.
  • Address project issues and risks promptly, escalating as necessary.
  • Foster collaborative relationships within the organization to support project management initiatives.
  • Encourage continuous improvement in AV project management practices to meet client and organizational goals.
  • Achieve performance targets set by leadership for relevant Key Performance Indicators.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business, or equivalent AV experience.
  • Preferred certifications: PMP, Six Sigma, Agile, SCRUM.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in AV Project Management within the technology services sector.
  • Strong service orientation and understanding of challenges in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, including team building and conflict resolution.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, project management tools, and cloud-based technologies.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
