Job Title: Marketing Strategist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Strategist to develop and execute core marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and campaign management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies (calendar, budget, advertising, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales goals and strategies
  • Manage and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising
  • Owner of digital execution through SEO and PPC initiatives
  • Analyze data and ROI on marketing campaigns to identify key areas of success to drive further investment
  • Work with and manage vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of marketing materials
  • Assist in organizing and executing events, trade shows, and promotional activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and campaign management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and idea generation
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and software, such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, talking on the phone, attending virtual online meetings, and working on a computer
