Patient Care Assistant

As a Patient Care Assistant at Baptist Memorial Health Care, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients. This is a full-time opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of others.
Responsibilities- Provide personal care assistance to patients under the direction of licensed personnel.
- Perform direct patient care duties as assigned under the direction of licensed nursing personnel.
- Assist in the performance of procedures for the patient population served in a manner that is consistent with established policies and procedures.
- Participate in ongoing educational activities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Complete assigned goals and objectives to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate electronic medical records.
- Current CPR certification.
