We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Network Technician to join our team at EmployNV Youth Hub. As a Network Technician, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and networks for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting up and installing new hardware and software systems at client locations
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting computer issues
  • Maintaining hardware and software by conducting regular maintenance and updates
  • Identifying and resolving network, connectivity, and server issues
  • Upgrading firmware, software, and outdated hardware systems
  • Advanced Networking/Routing - Understanding subnetting, router configurations, NAT, VPN, and Microsoft Virtualization
  • Server Upgrades/Migrations
  • Monitoring and maintaining security systems and installing updates
  • Providing technical support to users and resolving technical errors
  • Performing regular tests, upgrades, and backups

Requirements:

  • Good attitude and reliable transportation
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Virtualization and Fortinet routers
