About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales - Commercial Territory Manager to join our team at Sierra Pacific Industries. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling factory-direct wood/clad window and door products to our customers in the Chicago sales area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell factory-direct wood/clad window and door products to customers in the Chicago sales area
  • Prepare and deliver timely quotes to customers
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with customers
  • Create and maintain a solid customer base
  • Identify potential customers and develop strategies to engage them
  • Stay up-to-date on territory construction activity and adjust sales strategies accordingly
  • Successfully cold call customers to promote our products
  • Help customers identify their needs and provide solutions
  • Meet or exceed customer expectations
Requirements
  • 2 years' sales experience required, with prior experience in construction and window sales a plus
  • Working knowledge of residential construction practices preferred
  • Window and door product knowledge a plus
  • Construction Industry knowledge preferred
  • Familiarity with the commercial/architectural community
  • Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and specifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer and math skills
  • Organized, self-motivated, and attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a competitive environment
