Compensation: Potential earnings range from $70,000 to $99,000 annually (and beyond), comprising base salary plus commission. Additional benefits include health insurance, paid training, paid time off, a 401K plan, and more.

Role Responsibilities: As a Consumer Sales Specialist, your primary focus will be to market and sell Windstream products and services within a designated territory. This role involves engaging with potential customers through direct outreach, completing sales transactions, ensuring service activation, and setting up accurate billing processes. You will also follow up with customers to guarantee satisfaction. Meeting sales quotas and participating in Windstream events to expand your network and sales opportunities will be essential. You will undergo an extensive 8-week Sales Residency program designed to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge for success in this position. Upon successful completion of the program, a 5% increase in your base pay will be awarded.

  • A reliable and insured personal vehicle for travel to assigned territories.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse individuals.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve success.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and navigate different terrains.
  • Previous sales experience is preferred.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous.

Physical Requirements: The role involves a significant amount of standing, walking, and driving, with occasional bending, crouching, and lifting of weights up to 30 lbs.
