Key Responsibilities:

The primary focus of the Senior Manager is to effectively merge the operations of the Payroll Audit and Pension Accounting Departments. This role entails overseeing and directing the activities of the Audit and Pension Accounting functions.

  • Lead and mentor a team of local supervisors along with over 40 audit and accounting specialists.
  • Establish and manage departmental objectives, policies, and procedures.
  • Design and implement comprehensive training initiatives.
  • Evaluate departmental workflows and performance metrics.
  • Generate, assess, and distribute departmental reports.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Expertise: Strong background in compliance/audit, process enhancement, and workflow documentation.
  • Leadership: Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in leading, developing, and inspiring teams.
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication abilities.
  • Experience: Proven track record in resolving complex business challenges.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills with a quick adaptability to new systems.
