The primary focus of the Senior Manager is to ensure the smooth integration of the Payroll Audit and Pension Accounting Departments. This role encompasses the oversight and management of the audit and pension accounting operations.
- Oversee and mentor a team of local supervisors and over 40 audit and accounting specialists.
- Establish and manage departmental objectives, policies, and procedures.
- Design and implement comprehensive training initiatives.
- Evaluate departmental workflows and performance metrics.
- Generate, assess, and distribute departmental reports.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Expertise: Proficient in compliance/audit, process enhancement, and workflow documentation.
- Leadership: Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in leading, developing, and inspiring teams.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication abilities.
