Job Description

This is a remote position that requires a strong background in cyber security policy. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of secure software architecture, design patterns, and defensive coding techniques.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance on the implementation of security controls and system hardening.
  • Conduct in-depth evaluations of software systems to identify vulnerabilities and recommend solutions.
  • Champion security-by-design principles and design comprehensive logging mechanisms.
  • Mentor teams on secure coding practices and integrate static/dynamic security testing tools.
  • Proactively identify potential security risks and prepare comprehensive reports.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, cyber security, software engineering, or a closely related field.
  • Deep expertise in secure software architecture, design patterns, and defensive coding techniques.
  • Indepth understanding of data integrity principles, logging best practices, and rigorous auditing standards.
  • Indepth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, risk assessment methodologies, and federal compliance standards.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing robust security solutions.
