About the Position

Dexis Consulting Group is seeking a highly qualified Senior Security Cooperation Analyst to support the Defense Security Cooperation Agency for anticipated work in Washington, DC.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in defense policy and operations, with experience in developing assessment and evaluation strategies, designing tools for data collection, and analyzing data using quantitative and qualitative methods.

The selected candidate will lead a multidisciplinary team of analysts and other personnel, providing executive-level management and guidance to ensure successful project delivery.

The position requires a Secret clearance and a strong understanding of defense policy and operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop assessment and evaluation strategies
  • Design tools for data collection
  • Analyze data using quantitative and qualitative methods
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team of analysts and other personnel
  • Provide executive-level management and guidance

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 or more years of experience in defense policy and operations
  • 5 years of experience developing assessment and evaluation strategies
  • 10 or more years of executive-level management experience
  • Secret clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or higher
  • Formal training or education in assessment, monitoring, and evaluation
  • 10 years of experience developing assessment and evaluation strategies
  • 5 years of experience producing written reports and developing platforms to present monitoring data
