Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly skilled Patient Access Navigator II to join our team. As a key member of our access services team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless patient access to our healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure efficient and effective patient access to our healthcare services.
- Analyze issues and identify effective solutions, demonstrating strong decision-making skills.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and expectations, maintaining a high level of productivity and quality.
- Stay adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Utilize strong time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Proficiently use computer systems, including EPIC, to manage patient data and access services.
We're looking for a candidate with 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, contact center, or scheduling environment, preferably in a healthcare setting. Knowledge of central scheduling, medical terminology, insurance verification, registration, or hospital/physician office experience is a plus.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Excellent communication and escalation skills are essential, with the ability to articulate information clearly and concisely.
