This role emphasizes customer service to our patients, ensuring quality scheduling, positive telephone etiquette, and customer satisfaction in support of our mission. As the front-line contact person, you will greet, register, schedule, collect point-of-service copays, and provide general information to patients and their families using AIDET. You must be organized, take independent action, and project Cooper's values to both customers and coworkers. This position serves as the patient's non-clinical navigator during discharge coordination.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of related experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of Shipping and Receiving, Management principles, and personnel management
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
