Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our Advanced Technology Team, where you will play a vital role in the development and enhancement of both new and existing products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to engineers in the creation and evaluation of innovative power electronic designs for Lincoln's Advanced Technology offerings.
- Utilize your expertise to aid in the design of new welding apparatus.
- Conduct diagnostics and troubleshooting for electrical and electronic systems.
- Assemble and integrate prototype electronic circuits into machinery.
- Operate essential laboratory equipment, including meters, oscilloscopes, and temperature recorders (training will be provided as necessary).
- Execute a diverse range of design verification and compliance tests.
- Collect, maintain, compile, and analyze technical data.
- Document test results and various investigations in detail.
- Potentially lead projects or specific project phases within a larger initiative or take responsibility for ongoing activities or objectives.
- Embrace additional responsibilities as directed in alignment with the Company's strategic goals.

Qualifications:
- Level I: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering Technology.
- Level II: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering Technology with 3+ years of relevant experience, or an Associate Degree in a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience, or 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Level III: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering Technology with 5+ years of relevant experience, or an Associate Degree in a related field with 7+ years of relevant experience, or 15+ years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Understand the functionality of basic electronic components such as transistors and operational amplifiers.
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment including oscilloscopes and various meters.
- Capable of using basic hand and power tools for assembly and analysis tasks.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with CAD software and willingness to learn SAP.
- Ability to perform hands-on tasks and lift up to 60 lbs regularly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong organizational abilities.
- Adaptability to manage a constantly changing set of priorities.
