Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Electrician Technician to join our team at Lincoln Electric. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical systems and equipment to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems to ensure they are working properly and safely.
  • Collaborate with engineers and other maintenance personnel to identify and implement improvements to equipment and processes.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical malfunctions and analyze test data to resolve issues.
  • Configure, commission, and test new equipment to ensure it is working properly and safely.
  • Document repairs and maintenance activities for regulatory purposes.
  • Assist with training and mentoring less experienced maintenance personnel.
Requirements
  • Must have successfully completed an Electrician Apprentice Program or have equivalent job experience.
  • Must have a basic knowledge of electrical troubleshooting and experience with relay logic, industrial controls, electronics, and PLCs.
  • Must have a basic ability to use a computer to communicate with machine control systems and PLCs.
  • Ability to diagnose the root cause of a problem, make repairs, and test for proper operation.
  • Excellent attendance and organizational skills required.
  • Team-oriented, self-motivated, safety and quality conscious; requiring minimal supervision.
Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with frequent exposure to electrical systems and equipment. Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds on an occasional basis and work in confined areas, climb ladders, and work at heights of 30 feet.
