SUMMARY

The Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing administrative assistance within the RCAC and CBRF community. This position is tasked with executing clerical responsibilities, facilitating the flow of information, and completing assigned projects. As the primary point of contact for the community, it is essential that all duties are performed with a focus on resident satisfaction while actively seeking ways to enhance core processes. The schedule will be determined by operational requirements, which may include various shifts, weekends, and on-call duties as necessary.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
  • Welcomes and engages with residents, family members, guests, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Handles incoming and outgoing telephone calls, intercom communications, and paging systems
  • Ensures building security by monitoring security systems, including emergency call systems, and responding appropriately
  • Oversees the operation and upkeep of all office equipment and communication tools, while managing inventory of office and community supplies
  • Coordinates mail and newspaper deliveries
REQUIREMENTS
  • High school diploma or equivalent; certification from a technical institution or an Associate Degree is preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, ideally within property management or real estate
