Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe and secure environment in all operational areas for both employees and clients.
  • The Dispatcher plays a crucial role in overseeing our fleet resources to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance productivity. Responsibilities include monitoring current and upcoming service requests, providing accurate estimated times of arrival (ETAs) to call handlers, tracking the locations of drivers, selecting the most suitable operator for each service request, and efficiently assigning calls.
