Job Description

T&T Staff Management, Inc. is seeking an experienced Accounting and Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This part-time role offers a competitive salary of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial reports, and processing authorized payments. Your primary duties will include:

  • Reconciling bank statements and identifying discrepancies.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date general ledger accounts.
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Processing authorized payments and generating invoices.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school degree; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • One year of related experience, preferably as a bookkeeper or similar role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software applications, such as QuickBooks.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality in handling financial information.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and trends.
