Supportive Housing and Recovery Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about providing supportive housing and recovery services to individuals with mental health concerns. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents under the supervision of a registered nurse.
You will have the unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional care and support to our residents, and we are looking for a motivated and compassionate individual to join us in this endeavor.
Key Responsibilities- Providing medication administration, wound care, and other nursing interventions as needed
- Assisting with resident assessments, goal development, and progress monitoring
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Participating in crisis intervention and developing strategies to prevent future episodes
- $27 per hour base wage, with opportunities for overtime and bonuses
- Generous time off package: In your 1st year, earn up to 4 weeks of combined vacation and holiday time, 3 weeks of combined sick and personal time, and a day off for your birthday
