Job Summary

We are seeking a Culturally Competent Engagement Specialist to join our team. This role will provide culturally competent outreach, education, and HIV/HCV testing services for difficult-to-reach populations in upstate New York.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outreach and education to WSW, YMSM, and TGNCNB individuals.
  • Provide HIV and HCV testing and counseling services.
  • Develop educational materials tailored to the needs of the target populations.
Requirements
  • Minimum one year of experience working with Transgender, Gender Non-conforming, and Non-Binary (TGNCNB) communities.
  • Minimum one year of experience in the HIV field.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per annum
