This role will oversee training processes for field-based teams and new restaurant openings, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement learning strategies.
  • Inspire a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence among Management in Training (MIT) programs.
  • Develop and refine training materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
  • Lead training sessions for senior field leaders and new restaurant opening orientations.
  • Monitor and evaluate the execution of new restaurant opening training programs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience leading a training team in a fast-paced, high-growth organization.
  • Spanish bilingual skills are preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
