TalentCount is seeking a seasoned Director of Learning and Development to drive strategic learning initiatives and deliver exceptional learning experiences across the organization. This role will oversee training processes for field-based teams and new restaurant openings, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement learning strategies.
- Inspire a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence among Management in Training (MIT) programs.
- Develop and refine training materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- Lead training sessions for senior field leaders and new restaurant opening orientations.
- Monitor and evaluate the execution of new restaurant opening training programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 4 years of experience leading a training team in a fast-paced, high-growth organization.
- Spanish bilingual skills are preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
