Patient Care Technician

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a member of our team, you will provide hands-on care to patients, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility support.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide medication management and administration as needed
- Assist patients with mobility and transfer needs
- Work closely with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
