Job Summary

As a Security Operations Manager at Securitas Inc., you will be responsible for managing a shift and/or segment of guarding operations at multiple sites. You will supervise Field Supervisors and other security personnel, perform inspections, and ensure that post orders are being followed. You will also coach and train personnel, carry out administrative procedures in support of Branch operations, and manage the security and safety of the client's premises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a shift and/or segment of guarding operations at multiple sites
  • Supervise Field Supervisors and other security personnel
  • Perform inspections and ensure that post orders are being followed
  • Coach and train personnel
  • Carry out administrative procedures in support of Branch operations
  • Manage the security and safety of the client's premises
Requirements
  • 18 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or GED Required - Associate degree and 2+ years of progressive supervisory and management experience
  • Standard computer / technology skills needed
  • Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic
  • Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal / written communication
  • Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus
  • Customer service background preferred
  • Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner
  • Must have great attention to detail
  • Must be able to manage security and safety of the client's premises
  • Must have the ability to train and develop employees
  • Must be comfortable serving as a visible deterrent
  • Must be comfortable preparing detailed and accurate reports
  • Must be able to promptly respond to incidents
