The Program Director, Energy and Workforce Development will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of programs and services related to energy and workforce development at InsideHigherEd. This position will require strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans for energy and workforce development programs and services.
- Lead and manage a team of professionals responsible for program development and implementation.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and address energy and workforce development needs.
- Develop and manage budgets and resources for energy and workforce development programs and services.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of energy and workforce development programs and services.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to energy and workforce development.
- Masters degree in a related field.
- 5 years of experience in energy and workforce development, including 3 years of leadership experience.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Experience working in a higher education setting.
- Knowledge of energy and workforce development policies and regulations.
- Experience with budgeting and resource management.
