This role demands a professional with a solid background in recruiting, training, and nurturing a team of agents, alongside a proven track record in sales achievements. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, coupled with robust organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Recruit, train, manage, and develop new managers and agents.
  2. Oversee regional sales, marketing, and business development initiatives.
  3. Manage an office and its satellite locations throughout the region.
  4. Achieve outstanding sales results.

Qualifications:
  1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in insurance products, particularly Life Insurance.
  2. Financial Planning experience with an extensive training platform.
  3. At least 4 years of experience in insurance management.
  4. Proven experience in recruiting, training, managing, and motivating a high-performance sales team.
  5. Active Life/Health license for the relevant state.
  6. Series 7 and 24 licenses preferred or to be obtained within six months.
  7. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  8. Must have a good credit history.
