Qualifications:

  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to operate with minimal oversight.
  • Strong customer service aptitude.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Professional demeanor and work ethic.
  • Ability to interact with emergency services, providing clear descriptions and directions.
  • Proficient in using two-way radios, monitoring phones, and operating closed-circuit security systems.
