We are looking for friendly, motivated individuals who are passionate about serving others. You will work closely with our Guest Services and Ideal Services teams to ensure that every guest has a five-star experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
  • Provide accurate information about the hotel and local area
  • Set up accounts for each guest according to their preferences
  • Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to accurately input information into computer systems
  • Previous customer service experience preferred

Salary: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour, depending on experience.
