About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Product Manager to join our team at Omron Automation. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for driving the strategy and growth of our Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) category.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
  • Develop and execute product strategies to drive revenue growth and market adoption.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and technologies.
  • Establish global pricing and positioning for our AMR portfolio.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales, engineering, and operations teams.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in product management for integrated hardware and software systems.
  • Experience in hybrid waterfall and agile product development methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, EE/ME, Robotics, or Industrial Automation.
