About the Position

The Automotive Assistant/Service Manager role is a critical part of our team at Mavis Tire Supply.

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced professionals to join us in our state-of-the-art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Virginia Beach, VA area.

This position involves scheduling mechanics/technicians' work, ordering parts, ensuring the quality and timely completion of jobs exceeding customer expectations, safety of personnel, and housekeeping of the shop.

Responsibilities also include communicating safety and mechanical issues to the store manager to relate to the customer, as well as possessing basic math and PC skills.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in automotive repairs/maintenance, with excellent interpersonal skills and supervisory leadership abilities.
